Family Enterprises Research Network in Transition Economies

  Family Enterprises Research Network in Transition Economies is a research project, which conducting possibly comprehensive studies of the state and determinants of the development of family businesses in transition economies, especially in postcommunist countries.

  The research should provide answers to several fundamental questions, including those pertaining to the determinants of development process, the question of legal, financial and organizational barriers; also, the scale of the phenomenon, its social and economic relevance and development prospects. The research and analyzes will be conducted on a country-by-country basis by national research centers specializing in the field of family entrepreneurship.

   Report and aggregated results will be issued in 2016, with further editions issued on a two-year basis
